Shipping policy

We ship our products internationally from our overseas fulfillment centers.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is approximately 7–14 business days after shipment.

Depending on the destination country, customs processing, local carrier conditions, or peak seasons (e.g. holidays, sales periods), delivery may take up to 3 weeks.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary by destination and are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.  

This means customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are included in the total amount paid at checkout.

In rare cases where local authorities request additional information from the recipient, customer cooperation may be required to complete customs clearance.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take several days to activate after dispatch.  

Please allow sufficient time for status updates to appear.

Delays

International shipments may occasionally be delayed due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Local delivery constraints
  • National holidays in the origin or destination country

Such delays are outside our direct control. We appreciate your understanding.

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate before placing your order.

Changes can only be made before shipment.  

Once a tracking number has been issued, we cannot modify delivery details.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Missing or Undelivered Packages

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days after shipment, please contact us at support@crelva.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution based on the delivery status.
